I have arcade i am thinking getting Pro or Elite cuz i don't have harddrive. advice which is best?

Save your money and just buy a hard drive off of ebay or at the store. The only advantage of Pro/Elite is a hard drive and an HDMI port depending on which Xbox you already have. The hard drives just snap into the top port of the Xbox. Here's the largest currently offered(120gb).

i wouldnt listen to dont buy one cause idk i think arcades kinda suck but if you have a lot of games then get an elite but i have a pro and never run out of storage plus idk if this goes for arcade but the elite and pro come with 3 free one months for xbox live.
since you already have an hdmi port with the arcade unit - buy a 20gb or 60 gb drive from amazon.com or best buy.
