Be mindful of your health and relationships. Things seem to start falling apart (Turned 35 in April, and now I have issues with my blood pressure. Who, I ask, gets told that their bp is too LOW! Argh!)





And from my mom (a nurse): ';Lots of folks will tell you to make sure you wear clean underwear daily - just in case you are in an accident. Well, m'love, that's good advice, but rather silly, actually. Most people in accidents wet themselves or their bowels let go. If you are worried about accidents and want a nursing staff to love you, make sure you have on clean socks and your feet don't stink. Crap is crap. ';Tis a fact of life. Stinky feet? They're bad'; :)
