best- live like every day is your last cos you never know when it will be.
yes i took the advice, it makes life much more enjoyable, i used to worry about tomorrow, next week, next yr etc. now i plan for the future but live in the moment.Best or worst advice given?
You have to narrow that question down a little. In what capacity are you asking that question? In love, career, friends, pets, children.......

The best and worst advice given was... none at all.
It made me decide for myself how I should solve the problem.
A parent will not give advice on occasion to see if you have the reasoning abilities to solve the problem you are in.
A friend will not give advice for fear that they will be partially to blame should your plan fail.
