I'm going out with this girl I've known a while who lives about 20 minutes away. It's our first date just the two of us and we are going to see a movie. She also wants to see my new apartment. At what point should I make a move and try and kiss her (I know she likes me). Should I first hold hands at the movie theater, or put my arm around her while watching the movie or just kinda go for it while we hang out at my apartment for a while after. first- the movies is not a great first date spot. figure it this way, you want to be able to talk and get to know eachother and what not- and you are not exactly able to do that in a movie. i mean i suppose it is okay b/c then you will have something to talk about afterwards back at your place...but you should be able to talk w/o having to see something first. i would wait to see how she acts...leaning in or hand on the knee type deal. just take it slow and play it by ear...if you plan these things they tend to turn out awkward and goofy. if she wants you to kiss you im sure you will be able to tell by her subtle hints. have fun on your date!!!Girls advice please? Holding her hands called gentle but not kiss her first. She can feel the warm in your hand. IF only she let you to hold with pleasant smile, then kiss on her cheek. She would reply if she likes you in that way. But don't do anything in the theater, maybe before you enter in. Because there is some of chances for you that she can make move out wherein theater. And if she replies in good as the way you excepting then offer her to visit your new apartment. Hope for the best!!

Just go with the flow and don't rush things!! I'm sure you will have many more dates. Just have fun for now and don't stress about making any moves. Maybe just cuddle on the couch, play with her hair, and slowly try kissing her. Be in a relaxed environment.. put on some slow music, etc. And if it happens it happens =]

At the movies, don't be afraid to hold her hand or even put your arm around her. Back at the apartment, offer her a drink. put on some good music and get into a good conversation. It'll lead to the kissing part, just go with the flow.
I had almost the same question on my mind. The funny thing is i just went with what i felt in my gut it told me the time was right and i was perfect just let it happen naturaly dont try and force it
