The story goes like this...She was my best friend for morethan 5yrs.Recently i got married and from that day she has changed......she started using bad words abt my family and one day i got wild and scolded her for which she said she was joking all the time....saying i was rude in fight she stopped talking to me and broke friendship completely.I tried in beginning to makeup things fine but she was not ready.Now i too have completely stopped.But somewhere i mind she is still there.Is this friendship true.what u all would have done in my place??Its been nearly 1yr since we spoke.But as per my experience i have loads other friends...we all fight but patch up immediately but why this girl acting like this though she says she is my best friend and i too feel she is my bf.Serious advices needed.Need advice about best friend?

not for nothing but have you ever stop to think that the reason she has been acting like that is because she might have a crush on you. i mean you said that she started acting like that after you got married. maybe she was holding a seceret from you for all those years because she wanted you to see what was right in front of you and when you turned her down to get married that ';crush'; turned into bitterness.
Same thing happened to me. She seems pretty jealous that your married now, maybe she wanted you all to herself. If she was a true friend then she would stick by you with or without you being married. Sorry to say but I think you give her the flick and concentrate on your own life now. Good luck!

She maybe hurt upon realizing - suddenly she's not beside you or have not much time with her. There is a saying that best friend is your best enemy, because she is the person who knows all about your ups and downs, your secrets, most! That made her felt insecure, abandoned, sometimes - jealous (?), so the tendency for her to divulge everything, to make a story out of your secrets so to get attention from you..and even from others, too!
