I need the best potty training advice you've got!!!! HELP!?

My daughter will be 3 at the end of July ( 30 months) and she is NOT interested in potty training at all. She doesn't remove soiled diapers, doesn't ever ask about the potty or show curiosity, and cries when you put big girl undies on her or sit her on the toilet. She won't even come to the bathroom with me to see how it all works. The signs aren't there saying she's ready but she's almost 3 and needs to at least start the process in my opinion. My son potty trained himself (after months of failed attempts) when he was 3 but that was really too old and I don't want to delay it any longer. She doesn't go to daycare and only has my 6 yr old son to look to for an example but that hasn't helped much. Anyone have any good ideas to get her interested? I need all the help I can get!I need the best potty training advice you've got!!!! HELP!?
Start taking her to the potty every hour. My kids go to daycare and they had my son trained in a week. We did not even use pull ups. He went from diapers to training pants. Go get her some training pants. Put her in them and take her to the potty every hour. If she wets or poopies in her pants, make her change them. She will get irritiated that she has to do this all of the time and hopefully will start going on the potty. Worked for me!I need the best potty training advice you've got!!!! HELP!?
After working in a daycare for some years, we tried a couple of things with the little ones. Getting a doll that has a potty chair worked. Show her what a good ';doll'; she was going potty on the chair. Rewards for at least sitting on the toilet for her might help and can be as simple as stickers, m%26amp;m's or something small. It might take a while but consistentcy is most important. Make a couple of times a day to sit her on the potty at around the same time maybe an half an hour after eating. Good luck.....and when she does go, pretty panties that she picks out is a great reward.
make it fun ...make up games, reward her .....allso take her to go potty even if she doesnt have to go....
maybe she doen't have the feeling yet to let her know she needs to go potty. warm her up to the idea of going on the potty and wearing the big girl panties. (while you wait for the warmer wheather) maybe instead of diapers use pull ups she might like that better it gives her the securtiy of diapers and the action of the big girl panties.then try the big girl panties again in the warmer wheather and let her run around the backyard soon she won't like the feeling of wetting on herself%26amp; want to use the potty. just praise her for wearing the pull ups and big girl panties let her know its ok that she had an accident and maybe next time she'll make it. check out potty training at parents.com good luck with your little one
honey if she not ready it wont happen every kid trains differently some kids are as old as 4 or even close to five before they train there is no set age. stop buying diapers and buy pull ups they stay wet so dont leave her in them very long she will get a yeast infection. take her every hour and sit her on the potty. whether its a potty chair or the regular toilet. have her sit there for 5 minutes if she goes. go crazy. scream and shout your a big girl you went and say what she did. have an open door bathroom policy for you at least so she can come in. my son was 3 and a half when he finally was ready. it wont happen until shes ready. we tried everything but until he was ready and willing nothing worked just keep trying. one day it will click
might be messy for awhile...but just use the diapers you have now, and DONT buy anymore...ever!!! Let her pee her pants, and poop...(change her of course) after about 2 days of feeling kinda icky....she'll catch on , just take her to the potty when you see she is trying to potty in her pants. (this worked with my son) Took 2 days for him to be fully potty trained!
That must be so frustrating!

I had the same situation with my now 4-year-old son. He had no interest in potty training at all. What I used for him was bribery. I know it sounds bad, but he was almost 4 and still was soiling himself. I was desperate. He actually had to be delayed in attending school because he was not toilet trained. I used Kinder Eggs.

Good Luck!
Get rid of the diapers!!!! Put her in underpants, at this age they will get it relatively quickly. Take her to the bathroom often, you don't have to tell her where you are going, just go. Have special toys or books she can use only on the toilet. When she is successful make a big deal...call in the whole family to see what she has put in the potty!!!!

Good luck!!
Sounds like you have already been trying everything you can. Bottom line is that she will start when she is ready. Keep the ';potty discussion'; out and open at all times, make her go with you to the potty and talk about rewards she will get as a big girl. In time she will get the hint...but keep consistent in what you are doing. Sorry if this was not too helpful. Best of luck to you!
maybe that potty toy, the one shaped like a toliet, it makes noises, you flush it and all kind of stuff. she might like that. you don't pee in it. but it can get her interested if she likes the toy. and i bought a elmo potty for my neice and she liked it. shed sit on it while watching t.v.
