I do not know if this will be the best ADVICE, but you must reherase if possible, beforehand what you're going to talk about. Be calm and clear, try to use simple words, talk trying to make some eye contact with your teachers or who you're addressing to.


Test yourself many times aloud to have an idea how much you know about the subject.

learn some 'slang' coloquisms, languages often have certain sayings or expressions which when you translate don't mean anything unless somebody explains it to you.





Dont swear! its not cool
just speak slowly and take your time.don't try to speak fast,kind of:I'm fluent in that language.good luck
